Planning Aid Information Gadget
As a Product Associate Intern I worked on the Planning Aid Information Gadget — a project-management and planning application built around task tracking, workflow management and team collaboration (inspired by tools like Jira), with blockchain-based data security. I supported requirement understanding, application workflows, user scenarios and functional requirements.
Give companies a single, secure app to assign daily tickets to the right person, track status and coordinate teams — replacing scattered email-based workflows.
Analysed the existing email-driven system, defined the proposed ticketing workflow, user scenarios and functional requirements, and validated features with developers.

About the Project
A mobile-first planning platform for company teams to assign and track jobs/tickets. Work is allocated to the right person with an immediate response, statuses are tracked end-to-end, and client product data is kept secure using a blockchain (chain-process) storage method so only authorised users can access sensitive details.
Existing System & Disadvantages
- Jobs assigned over official email — slow to reach the right person
- One person had to maintain details for the whole team
- Client details were visible to all teams
- Planning, discussion and coordination were not handled properly

- Daily tickets allocated to the right person with immediate response and status tracking
- Effective manager–team coordination for planning and discussion

Future Enhancements & Stack
- Client ranking & feedback, in-app chat and video calls, product tracking sheet
